PILATES 360° RATES
Pilates 360° offers standing appointments for private and semi-private training six days a week and offer a limited number of mat and equipment classes for the more experienced clients. Private Sessions
This is the principal means of learning the Pilates technique and the fastest way to see and feel results. This one-on-one session gives you the sole attention of the trainer and provides the opportunity to create a work-out specific to your needs and goals. This is the best way to start for anyone new to the Pilates Method. We recommend taking at least 5 private sessions before starting an equipment class.

Semi-Private Sessions
This is small group training with two or three people to a trainer. It is recommended that you find a partner(s) who have similar work-out needs and share similar goals.
• Single Duet Session $45 /per person

360 Flex Package &
Family 500 Package
These packages are designed for maximum flexibility for clients who take a combination of private and semi-private sessions and for families who work-out together. These packages provide the greatest value. Cost of package is $360 for one person and $500 for two or more.

Equipment Classes
All equipment classes are a 10 week commitment with the class occurring on the same day and time each week. We offer the class for 12 weeks allowing two opportunities to make-up a missed class. If you do not miss a class you may pay individually for the 11th and 12th class.

Mat Classes
The classes are a series of exercises done on the floor using your own body as resistance.

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Please call within 24 hours to cancel a scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for the session. All classes, private and semi-private training packages are non-refundable and expire 3 months after purchase. All classes are 55 minutes.
